   There are several avenues out there for you some are paid scripts & some are free.
   Forums Paid:
   vbulletin = http://www.vbulletin.com (This one is one of the best and is easier to work with than some others are)

   phpBB = http://www.phpbb.com/
   SMF (Simple Machines) = http://www.simplemachines.org/
   MyBB = http://www.mybboard.net/
   YABB = http://www.yabbforum.com/ (Although this one is based in PERL & CGI, its a bit harder to install than the others are)
   Blogs Free:
   Wordpress: http://wordpress.org/ (This you need your own server and to install it yourself)

   If you like yahoo!answers, there is another site similar to it that pays you a little to post. It isn’t going to pay your rent, but you can make about $30 a month on it if you post and respond for an hour or two each day. It’s fun, like yahoo!answers, and there are lots of forums.
